Your primary responsibility will be to maintain order and smooth running of events, but your contribution will go far beyond that. You will be the backbone of our events team, supporting our security and events coordinators to deliver an exceptional experience to our guests. Responsibilities
Ensuring that every one is having fun
Answering any questions that guests may have.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the event venue.
Ensure all equipment is clean and properly stored.
Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Assist with the setup and breakdown of main areas for events and services.
Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
Essential
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Basic knowledge of event managment & crowd control
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
